When does it help?
When the movement document, invoice/delivery note, actual receipt and excise settlement need to be linked.
What can you do in AutoEMCS?
Import IE801, check invoices/delivery notes, prepare PL816 and PL818, and organise excise documentation. Document versions and statuses retain the history of decisions.
What do you need to prepare?
Relevant company registration and authorisations, product details and delivery documents. Communication channels and signing are assessed separately.
What is available and what is planned?
Wine receipt handling is available within a defined scope. Local Sigillum signing and PUESC reception are separate capabilities. Production business sending remains disabled; further products and a complete consignor workflow need additional qualification.
