Do I need a PUESC account?
Yes. Using EMCS requires a PUESC account, the relevant company registration and authorisations. An appropriate excise number is required for e-SAD. An AutoEMCS account does not replace these formalities.
How does document signing work?
AutoEMCS supports local Sigillum card signing for PL816, PL817 and PL818, with signature validation. You enter the PIN in the card driver's window; the private key stays on your card. Production business sending to PUESC is not yet enabled. A valid signature is not confirmation of acceptance by SISC.
What should I prepare?
Company and representative details, relevant identifiers and authorisations, your procedure and product list. We will agree the next steps together. Do not submit passwords, PINs or customer documents through the contact form.
Is e-SAD only for wine?
No. The e-SAD procedure covers certain intra-EU movements of excise goods outside duty suspension. The software's verified scope currently focuses on receiving wine; other products require a separate assessment.
